1. Height
Stand straight against a wall without shoes. Measure vertically from the top of your head down to the floor.
2. Bust / Chest Circumference
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, passing across your shoulder blades and nipples. Keep the tape level and snug, not tight.
3. Waist Circumference
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist above your belly button and below your ribcage. Do not pull the measuring tape too tight.
4. Hip Circumference
Wrap the tape around the widest area of your hips and buttocks, and keep the measuring tape horizontal.
5. Shoulder Width
Measure straight across from the tip of one shoulder bone to the tip of the other shoulder bone.
6. Neck Circumference
Wrap the tape loosely around the base of your neck and leave a small gap for comfort.
7. Arm Length
Start measuring from shoulder tip down to your wrist bone, with your arm relaxed at your side.
8. Upper Arm Circumference
Wrap tape around the thickest part of your relaxed upper arm.
9. Wrist Circumference
Measure around the narrowest part of your wrist bone.
10. Inseam / Inner Leg Length
Measure from your crotch straight down to the bottom of your ankle.
11. Thigh Circumference
Wrap tape around the thickest part of your upper thigh.
12. Knee Circumference
Measure around the center of your knee joint while keeping your leg straight.
13. Ankle Circumference
Wrap tape around the narrowest part of your ankle bone.
14. Head Size
Wrap measuring tape loosely around the widest part of your forehead and the back of your head.
15. Foot Length
Stand flat on a piece of paper, mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel, then measure the distance between the two marks.
16. Sock Opening Circumference
Measure around the upper calf position where the top edge of socks rests.
